Boy oh boy, why did I wait so long to get the Baker's Edge brownie pan? The pecan brownies baked perfectly, and I was even able to leave one 'row' nut-free.
Brown butter blondies with walnuts and chocolate chips are now in the oven. And I'm definitely going to try baking some pumpkin or banana bread next. But tomorrow, right now it's time for Psych!
